Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Lead Jewelry Sales Associate for our client, a premier jewelry boutique store in Napa, CA! This is a wonderful full-time permanent opportunity to join an inspiring team!

What you’ll be doing:
-Building and maintaining strong client relationships
-Providing exceptional service to high-end clientele
-Providing personalized product recommendations
-Assisting with special orders and custom designs
-Maintaining accurate inventory records
-Contributing to visual merchandising and store presentation
What you need to be successful:
- 2-3 years of luxury retail sales, focusing on fine jewelry and watches
- Positive energy and dynamic people skills
Compensation:
This opportunity offers a salary range of $80-90k + commission, incentives, & benefits!
