Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced IT Solutions Sales Executive for our client, a leading provider of innovative IT solutions in Bellevue, WA!

What you will be doing:

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in enterprise markets.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with technical and business stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, engineering teams, and senior executives.

Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work with the VP of Sales and Account Managers to craft and deliver customized solutions, including cloud computing, enterprise software, infrastructure, and managed services.

Lead Technical Sales Engagements: Lead technical sales conversations, translating complex IT architectures into clear, value-driven solutions for clients.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Industry Knowledge and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies and differentiate solutions.

What you will need:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT solutions, engineering services, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven success in selling complex, multi-faceted IT solutions, managing long sales cycles, and navigating large-scale implementations.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate advanced IT architectures, systems integration, and solution frameworks.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive results.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.
