Project Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing organization specializing in advanced chemical and materials solutions. POSITION SUMMARY:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to take the lead on cross-functional projects that support the company’s mission-critical production and delivery goals. In this role, you will manage a range of initiatives, from strategic product rollouts to procurement coordination and production readiness, while working closely with technical teams, leadership, and external vendors. The organization’s work directly supports global leaders in the semiconductor and display technology sectors, and this role plays an essential part in keeping those complex, high-stakes pipelines running smoothly.
The right candidate will bring a strong foundation in manufacturing project management, with the ability to navigate evolving priorities and communicate clearly across teams. This role requires a thoughtful, organized leader who is comfortable with ambiguity, experienced in coordinating across departments, and eager to contribute to a culture grounded in collaboration, ownership, and precision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management & Execution
- Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Plan and facilitate project meetings, track deliverables, and maintain accurate project documentation and timelines.
- Monitor project status and identify risks, proactively developing contingency plans and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Prepare executive-level status updates and project summaries that clearly convey progress, risks, and resource needs.
- Align project goals with broader organizational priorities and maintain cross-functional communication throughout the lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Serve as a central liaison between internal departments, vendors, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely exchange of information.
- Oversee project-related procurement processes, from specification through delivery.
- Communicate changes to timelines, resources, or scope across all relevant stakeholders with a focus on transparency and alignment.
- Identify interdependencies across programs and help the organization prioritize and allocate resources accordingly.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Support the evolution of internal project management standards and practices, bringing in fresh insights and structured approaches.
- Maintain full compliance with internal quality systems and applicable external standards, including ISO protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance project outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience including leading complex projects, managing cross-functional objectives, and directly supporting manufacturing or production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Certification in project management or active progress toward certification is highly encouraged.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to present to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities, including ability to drive projects to completion as designed.
- Strong understanding of scientific and technical data, with familiarity in Six Sigma tools, statistical methods, and advanced math.
- Ability to facilitate meetings across multiple stakeholders and document planning, risk, and status updates.
- Strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Access and Visio), as well as project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including both within the U.S. and internationally.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The organization provides a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being of employees and their families.
