Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Copywriter for a creative, well-known consumer brand in the retail space. This is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a thoughtful and creative Copywriter to join a collaborative team focused on building an inspiring brand voice and customer experience across all digital channels. This role will bring a compelling storytelling lens to marketing campaigns, email content, social media, and website copy, working closely with designers, strategists, and merchandising partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about language and brand storytelling and is excited to engage customers through clear, customer-centered messaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write compelling copy for customer-facing materials including digital ads, email, social media, and product pages

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging with business goals and brand strategy

• Support ideation and execution of new storytelling and campaign concepts

• Ensure copy aligns with brand voice and provides a consistent customer experience across channels

• Stay informed on trends and audience preferences to keep messaging fresh and relevant

• Contribute to content strategy discussions and help shape campaign narratives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience writing for e-commerce, consumer, or lifestyle brands

• Strong portfolio that showcases versatility and voice

• Comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

• Collaborative mindset with experience partnering with design and marketing teams

• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Asana, and Figma is a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a competitive annual salary of up to $95,000 depending on experience.
