5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, event management, and marketing roles.

Demonstrated success in planning and executing high-impact fundraising events such as galas and large peer-to-peer campaigns.

Experience with corporate sponsorships and donor cultivation.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or related field.

Strong written communication skills, including speechwriting, content creation, and event scripting.

Proficiency in Canva, Constant Contact (or similar platforms), major social media channels, CRM systems, and peer-to-peer fundraising tools.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Skilled in creative problem-solving and critical thinking, with a collaborative approach and strong performance under pressure.

Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for events.
