Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Application Systems Analyst II on behalf of an impactful and mission-driven healthcare organization that plays a vital role in advancing healthcare and technology solutions. This is a short termremote position located in Irving, TX.
POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Application Systems Analyst II to support and enhance key enterprise applications. This role involves working across teams to ensure applications are configured, optimized, and maintained to meet operational and organizational needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide analysis, support, and optimization of assigned applications to ensure efficient system performance and user experience
Collaborate across departments to gather requirements, design workflows, and implement application updates and enhancements
Monitor system performance, coordinate with vendors, and participate in change control processes to maintain application integrity
Lead or support medium-complexity projects including testing, documentation, and rollout of system features
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while providing excellent service to end users
Contribute to cross-team collaboration by identifying system improvement opportunities and supporting knowledge sharing
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience supporting or implementing enterprise applications in healthcare or service-oriented environment
Previous experience providing application support and optimization
Analyze business issues/requirements and workflows and apply their application knowledge to meet operational and organizational needs.
Strong technical aptitude in application design, testing, and configuration
Perform working level process and requirement analysis, including process mapping though current flow charts, documents, future needs/plans, requirement elicitation, stakeholder analysis, and specification gathering to deliver cross team solutions. Responsible for completing working level gap analysis, and providing recommendations.
Ability to clearly communicate with both technical teams and non-technical users
Skilled in process improvement, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement
