Scion Staffing, an award-winning national recruitment firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Development Manager to join our Executive Search Division. If you have a proven track record selling retained executive search services, we encourage you to apply!
This full-time position is for immediate hire! While the role is fully remote, to be eligible for employment, you must reside (full-time) and work from one of our designated core states on the Central or East Coast, specifically: CT, DC, FL, IL, MN, NY, OH, TN, TX, or WI.
Key Responsibilities
Drive divisional growth through proactive outbound sales strategies and direct client engagement.
Secure new retained executive search clients across the country through strategic outreach.
Develop new business relationships through phone, email, in-person meetings, cold calling, and networking.
Prospect, research, and connect with prospective clients to build and expand the sales pipeline.
Consistently meet and exceed individual billing targets.
Follow up with existing clients to strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Bullhorn ATS.
Track the status of leads, sales activities, and client engagements.
Leverage LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other social media channels to generate leads and cultivate relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues to cross-sell additional service lines.
Deliver exceptional client service with a relationship-centered approach.
Bring passion, energy, and dedication to our high-performing, supportive team.
Skills Needed
Proven success as an individual contributor selling outbound and building a region via sales and business development for an executive search firm. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
3+ years of successful experience selling retained executive search.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, ethics, and exceptional passion for sales partnership development.
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools, leveraging technology and promoting modern best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the national market and a robust network of contacts.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and inspire a team.
Positive energy with an entrepreneurial spirit.
