Scion Staffing has been engaged to identify a high-performing Enterprise Sales Director for a leading professional services firm delivering innovative accounting, finance, and technology solutions.

This fully remote opportunity (CST/EST preferred) is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in building new business, cultivating C-level relationships, and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business by leveraging your professional network, prospecting, and outreach.

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for complex, high-value service deals.

  • Expand current client relationships through cross-selling and tailored growth strategies.

  • Partner with senior leadership to refine and execute the national sales strategy.

  • Build lasting C-level relationships with CFOs, CEOs, and executive teams.

  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Deliver consistent pipeline growth while achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, ideally within accounting, finance, private equity, or professional services.

  • Strong professional network and established book of business.

  • Demonstrated ability to close large-scale, multi-service deals ($3M+ deal cycles a plus).

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $120K–$130K

  • On-Target Earnings: $300K–$350K (with unlimited commission upside)
