Scion Staffing has been engaged to identify a high-performing Enterprise Sales Director for a leading professional services firm delivering innovative accounting, finance, and technology solutions.
This fully remote opportunity (CST/EST preferred) is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in building new business, cultivating C-level relationships, and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth. With uncapped commission potential and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, this role is built for someone who wants to own their success and directly impact firm-wide growth.

High earning potential – $120K–$130K base + $300K–$350K OTE (uncapped commission)

Drive net-new business by leveraging your professional network, prospecting, and outreach.
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for complex, high-value service deals.
Expand current client relationships through cross-selling and tailored growth strategies.
Partner with senior leadership to refine and execute the national sales strategy.
Build lasting C-level relationships with CFOs, CEOs, and executive teams.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Deliver consistent pipeline growth while achieving ambitious revenue targets.
10+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, ideally within accounting, finance, private equity, or professional services.
Strong professional network and established book of business.
Demonstrated ability to close large-scale, multi-service deals ($3M+ deal cycles a plus).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Base Salary: $120K–$130K
On-Target Earnings: $300K–$350K (with unlimited commission upside)
