This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary in the $135,000–$155,000 range, commensurate with experience and expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead architectural design and documentation for wellness, spa, and hospitality projects from concept through construction.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
- Integrate wellness and sustainability principles into design solutions, ensuring functionality and guest experience alignment.
- Guide material and finish selections that support environmental goals and design excellence.
- Coordinate project communication with clients, partners, and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers to foster professional growth and innovation.
- Proven experience delivering architectural projects within hospitality, wellness, or design-driven environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, code compliance, and documentation.
- Familiarity with sustainable design standards (LEED or equivalent).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with design and project management software (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar).
