Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Architect on behalf of a renowned design and wellness innovation firm known for creating elevated, experiential spaces that integrate sustainability, beauty, and well-being. The organization collaborates with leading global hospitality and lifestyle brands and offers an inclusive, creative environment where design meets purpose. This is a remote role. 

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape wellness-focused environments through thoughtful architectural design and collaboration. The Senior Architect will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution from concept to completion, ensuring that every space reflects the principles of wellness, sustainability, and operational functionality. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who thrives at the intersection of innovation, technical excellence, and human-centered design.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead architectural design and documentation for wellness, spa, and hospitality projects from concept through construction.
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
  • Integrate wellness and sustainability principles into design solutions, ensuring functionality and guest experience alignment.
  • Guide material and finish selections that support environmental goals and design excellence.
  • Coordinate project communication with clients, partners, and cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers to foster professional growth and innovation.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience delivering architectural projects within hospitality, wellness, or design-driven environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, code compliance, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design standards (LEED or equivalent).
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with design and project management software (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary in the $135,000–$155,000 range, commensurate with experience and expertise.
