Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for Senior PowerPoint Designer for a leading U.S.-based professional education organization. This is a full-time, onsite role located in Eden Prairie, MN.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at transforming complex content into visually compelling, multimedia presentations. The Senior Presentation Designer will work closely with subject matter experts to produce high-impact materials for training, product launches, and conferences. The position emphasizes advanced PowerPoint skills, strong visual storytelling, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and enhance high-impact presentations, modules, and training materials for both internal and external audiences

• Collaborate with content experts to simplify complex information into clear, engaging visual formats

• Incorporate multimedia elements, including animations, transitions, graphics, and audio/video, to maximize learner engagement

• Ensure all materials align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines

• Review and update existing presentations for clarity, consistency, and visual appeal

• Manage multiple projects with deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced animations, transitions, and multimedia integration

• Experience with e-learning and multimedia tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) a plus

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices

• Excellent visual design skills including layout, typography, and brand consistency

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
