Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Commercial Property Manager for a landmark high-rise office building in downtown Seattle. This is an onsite role, Monday–Friday, in the heart of the city’s central business district.


POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role offers an opportunity to lead operations for a historic, high-profile downtown office property. The Senior Commercial Property Manager will oversee day-to-day building operations, tenant relationships, vendor management, and financial oversight, ensuring the property runs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate takes ownership of operational performance and maintains a proactive approach to tenant and team management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead daily operations of a high-rise commercial office building, ensuring efficiency, safety, and tenant satisfaction

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and building staff

  • Review and manage building financials, leases, and vendor contracts

  • Oversee and mentor administrative and building engineering teams

  • Conduct operational assessments and implement process improvements

  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, lease agreements, and maintenance standards


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience in commercial property management 

  • Proficiency with property management software (Yardi Voyager)

  • Strong financial analysis skills and experience with vendor negotiations

  • Ability to foster positive tenant relationships and maintain high service standards

  • Demonstrated operational ownership and problem-solving capabilities


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience. Standard benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off.
