Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for IT Support Coordinator for a mission-driven organization in Austin, TX (Hybrid, with in-office collaboration expected regularly). This role provides day-to-day IT support, manages core systems, and supports digital workflows to ensure staff can work efficiently and effectively.
POSITION OVERVIEW:

The IT Support Coordinator also leads the evaluation and responsible adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting and onboarding staff

Manage and maintain core systems and digital workflows (e.g., Microsoft 365, fundraising and reporting platforms)

Support hybrid meetings, internal technology enablement, and cybersecurity readiness

Produce reports, dashboards, and mailing lists to support operations

Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI tools for research, communications, and workflow efficiency

Partner across departments to improve systems, data quality, and processes
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in IT support or operations in a professional environment

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Experience with Microsoft 365 and other productivity platforms

Familiarity with fundraising, grantmaking, or nonprofit systems is a plus

Comfortable learning new technologies and training staff
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Base salary: $55,000–$60,000
