Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a CRM/Database Coordinator – System Migration & Integration Support for a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This is a full-time, temporary contract role (40 hours/week) through April 30 with potential to extend, and is remote within the Burbank CA Area
The CRM/Database Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting a large-scale migration to Salesforce.This is a hands-on opportunity for a detail-oriented CRM professional who can balance technical data work with cross-functional coordination.

Collaborative, mission-driven environment with strong cross-functional engagement
Review and validate Salesforce architecture, objects, fields, and automation to align with fundraising and reporting needs
Support data audit, cleanup, deduplication, and field mapping from Neon and GoFundMe into Salesforce; assist with migration testing and UAT
Coordinate integration validation for GoFundMe ? Salesforce, including transaction flow and reconciliation support
Support testing, quality assurance, issue tracking, and go-live readiness
Develop SOPs, user guides, migration documentation, and training materials
Experience working with Salesforce CRM in a nonprofit or fundraising environment
Exposure to CRM migrations, data cleanup, and system integrations
Understanding of donor data structures, gift processing, and reporting workflows
Strong documentation skills and ability to manage detailed data validation processes
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
This is a temporary contract position offering $40–$45per hour, commensurate with experience. As a contract engagement, you are also eligible for benefits through scion staffing after 30 days!
