Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Customer Service (Manufacturing) professional for a growing, operations-focused distribution client. This is a fully onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity located in Portland, Oregon.

This Customer Service (Manufacturing) role is a vital contributor to daily order processing, customer communications, and operational workflows within a collaborative, small-team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate data entry within ERP and order management systems

Manage inbound customer inquiries with professional, consultative communication

Coordinate shipping logistics, generate labels, and prepare invoices to meet daily deadlines

Support warehouse and operations workflow to ensure timely fulfillment

Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support within a manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environment

Strong attention to detail with demonstrated systems accuracy

Experience using ERP or order management platforms

Professional, service-minded communication style

Ability to stay organized and adaptable under deadlines
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a starting pay rate of $23/hour. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.
