Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Visual Designer for a high-growth, design-forward technology client. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, requiring 3 days per week onsite.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Visual Designer will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s brand identity and visual storytelling across digital and marketing channels. This individual will be highly hands-on, creating compelling design assets that support campaigns, product narratives, and overall brand presence. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute high-quality visual designs for campaigns, brand assets, and digital experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
• Translate brand strategy into visual storytelling across multiple channels
• Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
• Contribute to and evolve brand guidelines and creative systems
• Support optimization of visual assets based on performance and feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality, and dynamic design work
• Experience within a creative agency or design-forward tech environment
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects familiarity preferred
• Ability to balance creative vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
