Scion Technical Search is seeking a Lead Product Designer for our modern, innovative client in San Francisco, CA. This startup is modernizing the healthcare field as we know it and is expanding rapidly!

This position is remote-first with the opportunity to be based out of Seattle, San Francisco, LA or New York!

What you will be doing:

• Building out a a new, innovative and modern user friendly interface for our client's healthcare membership portal.
• Leading thoughtful product design, end-to-end, from conception through execution for both mobile and web.
• Overseeing a small team of product designers and ensuring high functioning, scalable design is delivered.
• Working cross collaboratively with product managers, user research, engineering and marketing on a growing team.

What You Will Need:

• An entrepreneurial drive and dedication to creating an innovative, modern responsive platform.
• Experience with Sketch and or Figma.
• Experience designing mobile, iOS and or Android platforms.
