Scion Staffing ( has been engaged to conduct the search for a SaaS Sales Executive on behalf of our incredible, rapidly growing client. This full-time position is currently remote and will later transition to in-office (timing is to be determined, related to COVID-19).



The SaaS Sales Executive will serve as the key point of contact for all customers, expertly managing complex sales cycles in a competitive industry. The SaaS Sales Executive thrives in a quota-driven environment, champions the identification of new business opportunities, and engages with inbound leads to meet customer needs from prospection to close.



  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions and accelerators with additional rewards for high achievers! ($92K- $130K is the estimated average for year one).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage entire sales process from prospecting to close, including accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Cultivate business partnerships to ensure client retention and pipeline growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly metrics/quotas.
  • Nurture regional relationships as key thought leader and client resource.
  • Act as a partner to executive level professionals; expertly consult and offer solutions to challenges.



  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of SaaS specific, B2B sales experience.
  • Consultative selling expertise w/great strength in communication (written and oral).
  • Strong experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM platform to develop opportunities from generation to win.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting new leads to supplement inbound sales.
  • Strong speaking and presentation skills with comfortability interacting and selling to Director, VP, and other various C-level individuals.
  • Drive, enthusiasm, and resiliency.
  • Existing knowledge of accounting/finance is highly desired!
