Scion Nonprofit Staffing is searching for a talented Program Manager for our client, a globally impactful nonprofit at the center of biodiversity, conservation, and human rights.. This position is based in Seattle, Washington, and will work remotely while the office is closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, supporting, and helping manage our client's monitoring and evaluation efforts across the globe.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Work closely across departments to develop and implement planning and workflow management processes.
  • Analyze and synthesize information to support grant and investment development.
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items and manage implementation of those actions.
  • Continuously find ways to improve contract and agreement processes.
  • Proactively examine the schedule of activities and monitor contract and agreement milestones against targets.
  • Organize program files in digital storage (SharePoint and Salesforce)
  • Track global meetings and important events of interest to develop and manage organization-wide communications regarding these key events.
  • Track news sources and events and summarize to share across the organization.
  • Collect data for populating and managing metrics for organizational objectives, goals, and aspirations.
  • Conduct research and organize information about specific sites and topics of interest.
  • Work in collaboration across the organization to ensure information infrastructure and data collection and reporting processes align with monitoring, evaluation, learning, and strategic planning needs.
 
What you have to offer:
  • 3-5 years of project/program management expertise or related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Lived experience outside of the US and Europe.
  • Bilingual in English and at least one additional language.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Keynote and search engines.
  • Team player who can effectively communicate across departments.
  • Strong organizational, time, and project management abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently including, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating with internal teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
