Scion Staffing  has been engaged to conduct a search for a remote Lead Generation Specialist for our client, a quickly expanding global business with a portfolio of software products for the facility management and construction markets.

This role is perfect for an experienced B2B software salesperson! Supporting the direct sales team, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads. This opportunity is direct-hire, full-time, and regionally remote in the Central time zone and will be focusing on US and Canadian markets.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Contacting digital inquiries to qualify the inquiry as a valid lead
  • Answering calls to the sales line, disseminating sales inquiries from support requests
  • Making 50 outbound calls to prospect for leads for the Account Executives
  • Scheduling discovery calls for the Account Executives
  • Adding contacts and accounts to Hubspot
  • Work in tandem with Direct Sales to support sales goals
  • Work cohesively with Marketing to develop and implement digital qualification tools to validate leads
  • Attend meetings as required including but not limited to team meetings, 1:1 meetings, and client meetings
  • Utilize company CRM (HubSpot) to report on inquiries as they move through the pre-sales process

What You Have to Offer:
  • 2+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS
  • Knowledge with or ability to quickly understand the web-based platform from the sales perspective
  • Making outbound prospecting calls
  • Experience using Hubspot or a similar CRM
  • Exceptional client focus
  • Ability to use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and think on the run, with minimum supervision
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities ensuring attention to detail to resolve issues professionally
  • Ability to work within a team to accomplish business goals while maintaining personal goals as well
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively

Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range between $55,000-$60,000yr with OTE earnings of $75,000, uncapped commission plan, long term employee stock sharing plan and a robust benefits package that includes healthcare, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, simple IRA with employee match, and PTO!
