Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct a search for a helpful, innovative and experienced Remote Salesforce Analyst. The Salesforce Analyst will serve as the primary Salesforce.com Administrator on behalf of our amazing nonprofit client and will be the main point of contact with their 3^rd party service vendor.

The Salesforce Analyst is fully remote, will work EST hours and is for immediate, direct hire!

What you will be doing:

• Performing primary system administrator duties for the Salesforce.com environment including

grantee and project portals.

• Managing day-to-day Salesforce and app integrations and troubleshooting.

• Ensuring the integrity of data through cyclical health checks of the database.

• Training new staff users to the Salesforce system, and grow the Salesforce.com

skill set across the organization.

• Creating and developing training materials and resources for internal Salesforce users in

collaboration with teams.

• Serving as Project Manager with Salesforce consultants to address system upgrades and

Expansion.

• Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports

and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.

• Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades, includes needs

analyses and QA testing.

What you will need:

• Salesforce Certification

• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining and optimizing a Salesforce.com environment

• Great communication and positive demeanor!

• Nonprofit industry experience preferred and passion to help others

Compensation

The Salesforce Analyst position starts at a base salary of $85K - $95K annually DOE, offers AMAZING benefits including but not limited to great health, dental, vision, life, long term disability, pet insurance, FSA, EAP, commuter benefits, 401K plans with matching and generous PTO! This role is also fully remote and pays for all travel necessary (max domestic travel 3-4X a year for staff gatherings).
