Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Service Desk Specialist, Tier II for our client, a global logistics and shipping company in Florham Park, NJ!

This is an excellent opportunity for those who appreciate not only a strong work/life balance, but also a colloquial, light-hearted team environment. This position will be tackling tier II troubleshooting as well as completing project work with global impacts!

What you will be doing:

• Tackling tier II troubleshooting issues with a secondary team in place to handle incoming calls and tier I tickets
• Supporting a team of 350 people across multiple offices with 3 other teammates
• Working in a predominantly windows environment with O365 as well as Citrix
• Creating documentation (manuals) for end users
• Ad-hoc projects - here are just a few currently in the works:
  • Migration of VoiP from one cloud provider to another
  • Integration of ticketing systems between multiple service desk teams

What you will need:

• 2+ years of Help or Service Desk experience
• Excellent ability to troubleshoot and tackle new problems
• Proven experience in remote support
