Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Marketing Coordinator for our client, an amazing architecture and interior design business that takes pride in their creativity and client satisfaction. This is an exciting Full-Time, Hybrid, 6-Month Contract opportunity located in Oakland, CA!

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Marketing and Communications Director and collaborate with architects and designers to bring complex projects to life! You will bring your multitasking skills and creativity to assist with the development and implementation of marketing content that align with the firm’s goal and brand!  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to request for proposals and work in tandem with senior staff members to compile a submittal
• Write proposals and edit text while taking full responsibility for the design production, printing, binding, and shipping of the actual proposal
• Prepare principal and design staff with information, inspiration, and structure to excel in the interview process
• Conduct industry research and develop new project leads
• Maintain the business’ website and ensure everything is up to date
• Assist with social media management and develop content for blogs and various social channels
• Organize the editorial calendar to accurate display project timelines
• Connect and follow-up with key media outlets and develop newsworthy releases that get into print
• Collaborate with photographers to ensure they capture the vision of the project
• Develop and maintain a system for organizing resources, documents, and image files
• Act as the go-to person for assets, data, schedules, and deadlines
• Support other departments as needed and assist with various industry events and trade shows

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of Marketing experience required
• Writing and editing expert
• Proficiency with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign
• This position with our client requires employees to report to work at a physical location. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
