Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Sales Enablement Consultant for our client, an amazing national wine distributor that prides themselves on their exceptional customer service and passion for fine wines. This is an exciting Full-Time, 3-Month Contract opportunity, with the potential to become a permanent position. This role is remote, but requires you to be local to Seattle, WA for in-person meetings around Washington! Mileage will be reimbursed.

As the Sales Enablement Consultant, you will report to the Senior Campaign Manager and collaborate with the internal sales team to help grow eCommerce platforms in Washington!  You will utilize your strong sales and communication skills to build relationships with customers and meet targeted sales goals!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build strong relationships and drive behavior change of current customers to utilize the eCommerce platform
• Work in collaboration with the business’ sales team to drive account activation of current customers for a 90-day timeframe
• Target customers in Washington who have already registered their accounts on the business’ website
• Travel around Washington to meet in-person with in-market accounts in order to demonstrate eCommerce platform capabilities to customers
• Activate registered accounts and generate repeated orders for activated accounts while meeting targeted performance metrics
• Activate a minimum of 30% of the 300 registered accounts and achieve 2 eCommerce orders per month for each account

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of Customer Sucess Specialist experience
• 2 years of experience with Salesforce 
• Experience with B2B Lightning is a plus!
• Access to a Phone and Laptop/Tablet
