The Software Engineer will have the opportunity to work closely with a group of individuals working on wireless communications and programming for products.
This position is for immediate long-term contract position, on-site based out of Redmond, WA.

The Software Engineer will have the opportunity to work closely with a group of individuals working on wireless communications and programming for products.
This position is for immediate long-term contract position, on-site based out of Redmond, WA.

What you will do:
- Design and implement and verify the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi stacks, and other protocol layers.
- Create technical specifications, design documentation, and test plans.
- Apply design, development, and testing processes.
- Collaborate with other engineers in the organization.
- Improve and enhance existing and new software.
- Program using C/C++ and other languages.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience with wireless communications, software engineering, and/or wireless system testing or similar.
- Ability to program using C/C++
- Experienced with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi specifications
- Ability to understand wireless communication standards and apply that to products being created.
- Knowledge of wireless standards such as 5G, LTE, LoRa, SigFox, and/or Zigbee
- Experience within a Linux environment
- Experience or knowledge with Bash, Python, and/or Git
- Strong analysis skills
