Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Sr. Embedded Systems Engineer for our client, an established, highly regarded Manufacturer of Autonomous Systems in Seattle, Washington! This hybrid position is available for immediate hire and offers an incredible opportunity to become part of a thriving team! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, design, and modify systems for exceptional autonomous products
• Create unique designs using C specialized hardware for custom products
• Execute unit tests to ensure standards are being met
• Maintain and improve engineering processes
• Document technical processes and notes for software architecture, design, configuration management and verification
• Work closely with engineers in collaboration with clients to ensure projects are completed to the desired specifications and needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of professional experience utilizing C
• Advanced knowledge in hardware development
• Strong knowledge of real-time operating systems, embedded systems development and debugging 
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional planning, time management interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field
• This position requires access and the proper controls when using CUI NOFORN data
• You must be able to work with and access CUI NOFORN data in this role.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This exciting career opportunity provides a salary of $160,000 - $170,000 DOE with room for further career growth, plus medical, dental, health, 401K, team events, a wonderful collaborative team and more!
