Scion Staffing is searching for a Field Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a Tempe, AZ-based company that provides sanitation services to large and small business! This is a wonderful direct hire position offering a full-time, onsite, opportunity to join a mission driven team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Travel onsite to complete inspections and gather information on clients’ needs
- Facilitate the inspection process in a manner that promotes building and maintaining positive, effective relationships with clients
- Seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations by balancing the needs of both the customer and company
- Gather the necessary information from clients in order to provide the team with necessary data to ensure the client's needs are met
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and respond to customer questions in a friendly and professional manner
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and deliver stellar service
- Offer a high level of customer service and support
- Ensure data entry is accurate
- Provide accurate and timely reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or similar field
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Committed to high quality service delivery and problem resolution
- Professional phone etiquette and strong written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, required
- Must have a valid drivers license
- High energy, positive attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines with multiple priorities
- Punctual, reliable, flexible and team player
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and problem solve issues
- Associates Degree Preferred
