Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Customer Service for Software for our client, a wonderful global Software as a Service organization in Austin, TX! You’ll utilize your exceptional customer relations skills to help customers onboard, set up, and support an industry specific software package. This is a 6-month remote contract!

Compensation range is $25-30/hr, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
Give exceptional customer service while assisting corporate customers through the onboarding process
Recommend/configure the product to support their business needs
Train corporate users on use, features, and functionality via web conferences
End user support via webinar, phone or email
Ensure corporate customers have a positive experience adopting SaaS product through training, recommendations and best practices
What you will need:
1+ years of B2B customer service, account management, or project management experience. Supporting SaaS products is a plus
Software and CRM experience (example: MS Office, Google suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight)
Strong tech skills, including the utilization of mobile devices, phones, webinar products (Zoom, Teams, etc)
Demonstrated experience assisting corporate clients with software onboarding or support
