Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Accounting Manager for a wonderful privately owned business management company managing several different types of businesses around Washington state. This is an exciting Full-Time, Direct-Hire opportunity located onsite in SeaTac, WA!
As the Accounting Manager, you will report to the CFO and utilize your extensive accounting knowledge to manage the accounting needs of a variety of small companies. Your adaptability and competent knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable professes will help you succeed in this position!

As the Accounting Manager, you will report to the CFO and utilize your extensive accounting knowledge to manage the accounting needs of a variety of small companies. Your adaptability and competent knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable professes will help you succeed in this position!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping for a small group of companies
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
- Perform daily banking including in-branch deposits
- Review a variety of contracts for businesses
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements
- Process vendor invoices for different companies
- Remain flexible and perform other office and accounting duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Proficiency with Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Highly flexible and able to wear different hats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
