Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Service Desk Analyst who is excited to work for an organization that supports philanthropic initiatives to deliver lasting commercial, social, and environmental benefits.  

This is a direct-hire position based out of Vancouver, Canada!  Our client's office is modern, equipped with snacks and is in a lively, convenient location for folks commuting around the Bay Area!

Perks: 
  • $75K -90k CAD +, our client is flexible for the right match
  • Hybrid onsite (4X a week M- Th onsite)
  • Annual bonus scheme – 12% target for SDA (max payout 24.9%), 22% target for BP (max payout 45.65%) These are weighted 70% personal performance, 30% corporate performance for both positions and paid out at a multiplier
  • RRSP – 3% employer contributions every pay cheque, plus discretionary 6% lump sum at the end of each business year (Dec) – no employee contributions necessary
  • 20 days vacation + 12 paid holidays (stats plus some others inc Boxing Day, Truth & Reconciliation)
  • Paid volunteering time (everyone gets 2 days, additional 5 days with approval from Chief Officer

What you will be doing: 
  • Ensuring end user support across our client's main offices in SF and throughout the Pacific Northwest. Little travel, if any, is required for this position, however.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for technical queries and support.
  • Providing guidance on technology equipment to ensure they meet the organization’s standards.
  • Supporting end users and providing desk-side support to local offices.
  • Testing and analyzing IT system and software performance.

What you will need:
  • 3+ years of service desk analyst experience or related field.  
  • Strong Active Directory, Windows 10, and Office 365 experience.
  • Experience maintaining IT hardware, desktops, laptops, and other hardware.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and a team player attitude!
  • Proficient with Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
