Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Technical eCommerce Technical Support Analyst for our client, a wonderful non-profit women’s service organization in Washington DC! In this role, you will be responsible for all commerce IT systems, including multiple online stores as well as an onsite gift shop. This full-time position is for immediate hire and offers a hybrid schedule.

Compensation range is $60-85k, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
Administer, monitor troubleshoot, and ensure efficient operations of multisite ecommerce systems
Utilizes technical subject matter expertise to ensure technical solutions are enhancing business performance
Document best operating practices, user manuals, and training for usage of IT systems for operations including sales, inventory, and reporting
Responsible for commerce system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and platform changes
Ensures systems integrations are working properly between connected systems
What you will need:
2+ years of experience supporting IT operations for online commerce
Experience supporting/troubleshooting/implementing/enhancing commerce software, such as Retail Pro, Big Commerce, Adobe Commerce/Magento, eMobilePOS,
Knowledgeable in retail workflows and best practices for online sales
Exceptional communication skills with internal and external users and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related fields preferred
