What you will be doing:
- Providing technical support to users of the organization custom built products and identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention.
- Developing processes and features within SaaS systems (Asana, Salesforce, GSuite, Slack, Wordpress, and more)
- Diagnosing, researching, and resolving technical issues where possible.
- Providing detailed reports of bugs and errors to the technology and product teams while helping troubleshoot technical issues.
- Designing and conducting engaging training for staff to improve how they utilize SaaS systems.
- Working cross-functionally with the organization to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services.
- 1+ years of Technical Consulting experience or related field.
- Strong SaaS administration experience.
- Experience working with cloud-based software
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and a team player attitude!
