Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Technical Services Engineer for our client, a leader in the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry in Sunnyvale, CA!

• $75K-$85k per year starting salary

What you will be doing: 
 

• Providing technical support to the sales team and generating technical reports for the client and/or customer meetings.
• Troubleshooting and repairing customer equipment, providing support to field service personnel.
• Cultivating positive relationships with system users and company personnel.
• Traveling to customer sites as needed for problem resolution or to support field service personnel.
• Reviewing field service reports and providing training to customers on system maintenance.
• Offering feedback to product quality teams and contributing to system documentation updates.
• Acting as a subject expert and resource for training purposes.

• 2+ YOE as a Technical Services Engineer or related role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Knowledgeable in electronics, pneumatics, automation, electromechanical systems, robotics, software, and operating systems. Experience with high-pressure systems and furnaces is advantageous.
• Bachelors in Chemical, Chemistry, or Electrical engineering
