Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Sales and Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a well-respected heavy machinery manufacturing company located in Pasco, WA!

This full-time, onsite role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of the regional distribution center and inside sales facility. The Sales and Operations Manager will oversee inside sales activities, coordinate inventory, assist with product support, and provide exceptional customer and vendor management while helping farmers get back up and running. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with a small, dedicated team and to contribute hands-on in a non-consumer, B2B sales environment.

• $65,000 - $90,000 annually

What you will be doing:

• Managing daily operations and sales activities, focusing on wholesale and B2B sales to dealers.
• Overseeing warehouse operations, including ensuring orders are pulled, packaged, and shipped accurately by warehouse employees.
• Assisting with warehouse housekeeping, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting the product support team.
• Providing product support and customer relations management, often backing up the onsite team to help farmers resolve issues promptly, including occasional travel to assist directly at farms.
• Engaging in customer and vendor management, maintaining strong relationships to drive operational success.
• Coordinating inventory levels to meet product demands while keeping all areas clean and organized.
• Handling sales operational lead duties, focusing on managing the facility and daily operations. 
• Supporting sales at farm shows and events, engaging with clients, and providing technical knowledge on the company's product line.

What you will need:

• Inside Sales and or Operations experience 
• Experience in the manufacturing or mechanical sectors, with familiarity using hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn agricultural manufacturing processes, with a willingness to engage in hands-on tasks as needed.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
