Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Property Manager for our client, a well-established and newly renovated apartment complex located just minutes from Washington DC and old town Alexandria! This incredible role leads a small team of customer focused professionals and makes a real impact on the quality of life for its residents. This full-time onsite position is for immediate hire!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations and conduct regular property inspections

• Review and coordinate payment of invoices

• Monitor rent collection and manage legal actions for delinquent rents

• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of property management experience

• Proficiency in AppFolio property management software

• Solid knowledge of painting, electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC systems

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proactive approach and excellent problem-solving abilities

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
