Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Implementation Manager for our client, a wonderful SaaS organization in Los Angeles! In this role, you’ll help clients manage the implementation of SaaS projects; ensuring that clients are onboarded and aware of the software’s features! This is a full time, direct hire role that can be performed remotely from any of these states: AL, FL, GA, NH, MA, MO, RI, TX!

- Compensation range is $90-120k, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Utilize implementation project management skills to assist organizations in the full life cycle of SaaS implementation from project planning to production, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring to meet scope of work and budget expectations
- Manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders; managing timelines and identifying/solving risks/issues that may delay implementation
- Regular check ins with external stakeholders regarding project status, future pacing, deliverables
- Daily internal project team calls to track deliverables progress, and weekly meetings to oversee all current client project status
- Maintain customer first focused advisory relationships with clients throughout the implementation process
What you will need:
- 2+ years of experience with managing SaaS projects
- Ability to work Eastern business hours
- Ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently with a high level of efficiency, accuracy and detail
- Experience managing HR related IT projects in areas of compensation management and pay equity is highly preferred
- Comfortable with data, statistics and brings an analytical mindset
- Experience explaining technical and statistical concepts to non-technical clients in varied and diverse settings
- Experience managing budgets, issues, and client expectations with a high level of customer satisfaction
