Scion Staffing, Inc., a full-service national staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a fully remote direct hire  Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist at one of the top real estate investment firms in the eastern time zone. The team is growing rapidly, and this person will be groomed to take over the purchasing side of the business, supporting and sustaining the team's success.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Make outbound calls to all leads in the queue
  • Overcome objections effectively over the phone
  • Schedule and conduct appointments with prospects
  • Manage leads and follow up diligently until deals are closed
  • Utilize the CRM daily to update progress and stay organized

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of prior marketing experience, preferably in wholesale real estate
  • Proven track record of closing at least $350k in sales
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities
  • Enthusiastic, independent, and self-motivated
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Extremely strong phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The annual pay offered is $62,500 plus a generous commission structure and the opportunity to advance.
