Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Sr. Project Engineer for our client, a well-established food manufacturing company. This is a long-term contract, opportunity based onsite in Twin Falls, ID.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the CIP (Clean-in-Place) improvement project for the syrup system, ensuring adherence to defined scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Manage the dust collector project from initial budgeting to completion, aligning with governance processes and project milestones.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and safety, to ensure project requirements and standards are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors involved in project execution.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, implementing solutions that optimize system performance and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in project management practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience creating and interpreting CAD drawings.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in an industrial or production setting.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $55-$58.85/hr. and medical benefits.
