Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Business Development Manager for our client, a wonderful global consultancy in Los Angeles, California! With extensive experiential marketing and visual storytelling expertise, they collaborate with clients worldwide to develop creative and strategic exhibits, campaigns, and branding systems tailored to each project’s goals. This incredible role focuses on driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building client relationships across industries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver creative, high-impact experiential design projects. This full-time hybrid position is for immediate hire!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities to align with the organization’s vision for creating high-quality experiential design projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across diverse industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the organization’s value and approach.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary link between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations for successful outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A proven history of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong ability to network, build connections, and nurture client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
  • Comfortable with 10-20% domestic and international travel.
  • A dynamic, self-motivated individual passionate about experiential design or creative industries.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

In addition to a competitive base salary of $100,000 (DOE) + bonuses and commissions based on a percentage of revenues, this incredible role provides a comprehensive benefits package!
