OVERVIEW
As an Account Executive at Scion Staffing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique staffing needs, and delivering exceptional hiring solutions. This role offers a dynamic blend of sales and account management, perfect for individuals passionate about fostering professional connections and achieving results.


You will identify and engage new business opportunities, nurture existing client partnerships, and collaborate closely with our recruiting team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with 1-3 years of experience in sales and account management eager to learn the staffing industry. This position is for immediate hire, fully remote, and should be located in Texas. Candidates in the greater Houston area strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates outside of the Texas state region may be considered if exceptionally qualified.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities
  • Learn to identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions.
  • Generating leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.
  • Scheduling meetings, conducting client visits, and maintaining communication with prospects.
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Enter and track client information, sales activity, and progress in BH.
  • Shadow experienced sales representatives during client meetings, learning to negotiate and close deals.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate placement.
  • Create contracts from company templates and sending them to clients.
  • Conducting research on prospective clients.
  • Bringing positivity, organization, and an impeccable eye for detail to ensure the work and information being sent is top notch.
  • Tracking the status of client engagements, leads, and sales in our internal database.
  • Taking detailed, accurate notes in client meetings.
  • Establishing positive and strong rapport with clients and team members and building relationships that empower and further business.
  • Learning, growing, and leading real work that is impactful and fulfilling.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extreme organization, responsive, professional demeanor, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and agile, with the ability to innovate and pivot as needed.
  • Comfortable in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with superb collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
  • Passionate about delivering presentations and winning accounts.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Scion is an award-winning staffing and recruiting company. Our people care about each other, and our values are at the center of what we do! This position offers a starting competitive base salary between $55,000 – $65,000, DOE, plus annual raises, and a competitive commission structure that will inspire your growth. On target earnings of $72,000 to $83,000 first year, with significant salary growth annually and uncapped commissions as you grow in the role. Second year earnings advance considerably as your role and impact grows as title advancement/promotions and pathways for strong financial earnings growth are part of the role. The potential is limitless for motivated, hardworking professionals. In this role, from your hard work you can grow to be a Partner Development Manager and further title promotions that include increases in commission levels, title, and compensation.
