Scion Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Campaign Manager to join our client's highly regarded team in Portland, Oregon! This is a direct-hire, full-time, hybrid opportunity with benefits!
Responsibilities:
•Conduct website audits to assess performance, visitor metrics, keyword rankings, and site health. Improve URL structure, sitemaps, internal linking, and crawler visibility.
•Develop strategies to enhance keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user experience (UX/UI) by optimizing site structure, meta tags, and page load speed.
•Align with content and web teams on SEO-driven strategies, including keyword research and content planning for blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
•Manage backlink strategies to boost domain authority, identify quality opportunities, and execute link-building initiatives.
•Design internal linking strategies to improve user experience and search engine visibility.
•Plan and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
•Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversions.
•Optimize bids, targeting, and performance to maximize ROI.
•Oversee campaign budgets and performance reporting.
•Report website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and PPC results, using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and SEMrush.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in SEO and PPC campaign management.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics, WordPress, and tools like SEMrush or Moz.
- Strong data analysis and UX/UI optimization skills.
Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $105,000-$110,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package!
