Perks:
- Pay rate of $18-$21.50/hr
- Part-time schedule – Saturday & Sundays!
- Contract opportunity for 4-6 months!
- Ability to work remotely after completing initial training!
- Immediate start available!
- Ensure timely and accurate gift processing and related activities.
- Update and maintain accurate information in the donor database and supplementary files for all member and donor records.
- Provide customer service to members, donors, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Assist team with member renewal and fulfillment process.
- Provide additional support to member services team as requested.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Compensation:
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $18-$21.50.
