Scion Staffing, Inc. (www.scionstaffing.com), a full-service staffing firm, is seeking a remote Temporary Purchasing Coordinator for our client in Boulder, Colorado! This is a 4-week position (through the end of April) starting ASAP!
The schedule for this role will be:
Monday-Thursday, 9am CST -1pm CST (20 - 30+ hours per week), hours may sometimes exceed 3:00pm
Reporting to the VP of Purchasing and the Purchasing Manager, this role will work regularly with vendors on the phone and via email. Additionally, this role will regularly work in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets) and do basic data entry into Google Sheets or Excel Spreadsheet.
We are seeking a collaborative, friendly candidate who can jump in, learn from others quickly and support the team!
What You Bring:
2 years of previous experience in customer service
Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Highly organized to manage and complete work independently
- A love for great customer service and ensuring the customer is the #1 priority!
This is a remote, contract, four-week position
Hours: Monday-Thursday, Monday-Thursday, 9am CST-1pm CST (20 - 30+ hours per week), hours may sometimes exceed 3:00pm), hours may sometimes exceed 3:00pm
Location: Remote but the client is located in Boulder, CO
Pay: $17-$20/hour, depending on experience
