Scion Staffing is seeking a motivated Account Executive for immediate hire in Texas. This position is remote and can be located in the greater Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio regions.  Other Texas based locations may also be considered. Partnerships and Business Development Responsibilities You Would Impact:
  • Work as part of an amazing partnerships team for an award-winning company in the recruiting and staffing space who is scaling/growing!
  • Get creative, reach out, and inspire new company accounts and educate potential clients via a collaborative and consultative approach that establishes and represents our brand with excellence via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc with a goal of approximately 50 outreaches daily.
  • Be inspired, trusted, mentored and provided the tools to be successful.
  • Introduce and market our proven services to prospects in need of hiring to F1000 companies, and incredible nonprofits, social services and foundations.
  • Stay aware of the local and statewide markets hiring trends and reach out to potential new clients to drive new business
  • Partner closely with the Senior Partnerships Development Leader for the state of Texas and attend client sales meetings online/in person with the goal of learning and mastering the partnerships process long term.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our amazing corporate and nonprofit clients, partners and internal clients.
  • Make daily communications via email, LinkedIn messages, social media, with an emphasis on client outbound business development, follow-up calls and building long term relationships.
  • Leverage our proven partnerships systems to drive new accounts and grow the region!
  • Work with clients to gain position objectives and enter new jobs in to our internal sales and recruiting system (called Bullhorn, which is industry leading software)
  • Make notes and wisely track your work in Bullhorn and see your progress as you grow and land accounts!
  • Learn to adjust our staffing agreements, create recruiting partnerships and send out new agreements via DocuSign.
  • Learn, master the art of partnership sales activities and become promoted to a Partnerships Development Manager for your region!
  • Work to expand existing accounts, obtains new orders, and establish new.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Helps resolve customer issues or needs by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

FIRST YEAR STARTING COMPENSATION

This is a wonderful opportunity to work for an award-winning established company in a positive and dynamic work environment! Total compensation for on target earning for the first year is $60,000 to $70,000 (plus company bonus) and has the potential for considerably more with uncapped commissions on transition to Partnership Development Manager. This position includes a starting base salary of $55,000 to $60,000 DOE plus commissions plan (that can be an additional $5,000 to $10,000 annually first year), additional companywide bonuses, 401k, paid individual healthcare (health, dental, vision) and so much more! Uncapped commissions, no minimums, and amazing earning and growth potential. Plus, paid full-day community volunteer days, your birthday off paid, generous PTO plus plus11 paid holidays, paid sick days, work/life balance, remote/hybrid flexibility, an annual team retreat, and a super supportive and friendly team-environment.
