Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct a search for a highly skilled Remote IT Consultant (Level II) who is excited to work for a company working directly with many influential enterprise companies migrating to Azure!

The IT Support Specialist II is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to build their career in IT systems, application and or cloud consulting services. This position is fully remote and available for immediate, direct-hire employment!

What you will be doing: 

• Responding to ticketing requests flagged by Support Level 1 Engineers and escalating advanced issues to Level 3 Engineers.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining and implementing new technologies within client company infrastructure.
• Assisting in leading the migration to new cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Maintaining the accurate status of all tickets in the IT support ticketing system and providing appropriate follow-up to end-users.
• Patching of client infrastructure, designing automation solutions for support tasks, assisting in knowledge share workshops and mentoring Level 1 support as needed.

What you will need:

• Strong communication skills!
• At least 1+ years of experience in an IT support or related position.
• Experience with Azure and Office 365 is required.
• Understanding of creative software, preferrable background from creative industry.
• Experience with Jamf, Adobe, Avid are highly beneficial.
• Experience or understanding of cloud-based services, applications or networks encouraged.
• Ability to respond to ticket requests in a professional, timely manner.
