Scion Technical has been engaged to find an analytical Digital Marketing and Brand Manager for a highly impactful non-profit organization that helps a plethora of people through their dedication to science and research! This is a direct-hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina!

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and keeping the organization’s website up to date – copywriting, sourcing content, creating, and publishing information, graphics, videos, and stories.
• Leading the review, restructure, and optimization of existing site content for better user experience.
• Providing department leadership with regular reports tracking website and online analytics to assess the impact of digital marketing campaigns, ads, and programs.
• Developing SEO/SEM, PPC, and Google AdWords strategies and projects.
• Supporting the launch of the marketing and communications functionality of Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or 3+ years of field-related work in digital communications and marketing.  
• Proficient in the use of various social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Experienced in using CMS, CRM systems, with basic HTLM/coding and salesforce skills are a plus!
• Experienced acting as an editor within social media and web contexts.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite and Photoshop.
• Team-orientated and keen attention to detail.
• Willingnessss to travel internationally on limited occasions.
