Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct a search for a highly organized and proactive HRIS System Administrator for our client, an exciting sports and entertainment company based out of the Silicon Valley!

This is an exciting opportunity for those who understand the importance of executing deliverables and can provide technical expertise to HRIS activities including implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance.

What you will be doing:

  • Auditing system data in both ABI and SuccessFactors, to ensure data accuracy and integrity, prioritizing and acting on resolving data integrity issues and opportunities.
  • Assisting with the creation of documentation and training of others on standard operating procedures as well as system functionality to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with HR managers and stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
  • Working with third-party implementation vendors to correct data and workflow concerns.
  • Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Recording and securely storing HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.

What you will need:

  • 2+ years of HRIS or HR analytics experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience implementing and integrating new people technology systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel skills is a plus!)
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to work collaboratively.
